NAMé Recycling est la concrétisation du rêve de deux jeunes entrepreneurs - Roblain Namegni et Thomas Poelmans. Leur rêve est devenu réalité en 2016 lorsqu'ils ont démarré une usine de recyclage de plastique à Limbé, au Cameroun. Aujourd'hui, NAMé Recycling exploite 3 usines au Cameroun et au Gabon.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Originally Cameroonian, Roblain moved to Belgium when he was 18 and studied Business Management at the University of Antwerp. He started his career in process engineering at Deloitte before moving to the industry where he worked for Reynaers Aluminium and Manuchar, a supplier of Unilever. Roblain is a certified business process manager specialized in process set-up and improvement. At Manuchar, he was responsible for setting up lean production lines all over the South American and African continents.
In September 2015, Roblain relocated to Cameroon to focus on starting up NAMé Recycling. As its managing director, Roblain is responsible for managing the recycling operations and for general management matters.
DIRECTOR
Thomas Poelmans is an established entrepreneur with a strong drive to achieve a sustainable impact throughout his ventures. He started his career at Deloitte, where he developed and offered consultancy services to large companies active on the African continent.
Thomas is one of the founding fathers of WorldLoop, an organisation that has set up 15 e-waste recycling companies across Africa, with the support from international organisations (UNIDO, UNEP) and international recycling companies (Umicore).
In 2014, Thomas set up Green Crossroads (www.green-crossraods.com), a consultancy and investor in international projects in the areas of recycling (e-waste, cars, plastic) and renewable energy (biomass & hydro power).
As Belgium-based Director of NAMé Recycling Belgium, Thomas is responsible for business development, international sales and finance.
